Amazon Web Services (AWS) has inked a significant three-year cloud and artificial intelligence agreement with Prosus NV, valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars. The deal, announced just before Amazon's Q4 earnings report, underscores the sustained enterprise demand for cloud services despite tightening budgets.

Prosus will migrate its cloud and AI operations to AWS data centers across multiple regions, achieving double-digit cost savings through system consolidation. The strategic MOVE comes as analysts project Amazon's Q4 revenue to grow 12.6% year-over-year to $211.44 billion.

While the exact contract value remains undisclosed, Prosus Head of Ecosystem Igor Cardoso confirmed the multi-year commitment represents a substantial investment in AWS infrastructure. The timing highlights AWS's continued dominance in enterprise cloud solutions as companies increasingly prioritize operational efficiency.
